Project Management

Project management is integral to the success of our business and the reputation we have earned with our customers. Job tracking, scheduling, inventory supply, regulatory compliance and documentation are not just necessary details, they are the cornerstone of getting components overhauled, signed off, certificated and back in the air.

We have created our own customized Repair and Overhaul Control System (ROCS), a process that tracks and unifies all regulatory and manufacturer requirements, so the complete spectrum of requirements are known to the technicians involved up front. ROCS allows us to track the progress of every job through every stage of repair and overhaul, providing us with accurate time estimates that our clients can depend on to establish a clear projection for completion and return to service. We know at an instant where each job sits on the projected timeline as well as unexpected findings that may delay progress or affect the cost of the job. Knowing quickly allows us to work with you to find the most cost-effective option as circumstances change.

One of the many advantages of ROCS is the elimination of repeated data entry. ROCS improves the quality of data at Hope Aero and facilitates better data exchange between Hope Aero’s customers and suppliers. As a completely integrated system, ROCS manages:

  • Work order data, including compliance and maintenance of regulatory requirements, airworthiness directives, service information and parts lists
  • Technical reports and certification, including maintenance releases, log reports and certificates of compliance
  • Work in process
  • Storeroom functions such as purchasing, receiving and inventory control
  • Business data, accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing and pricing
